Application and Profile Information. If you apply to volunteer, we may receive personal information including but not limited to your first and last name, address, email address, time zone, university, graduation year, majors and concentrations, experience as a developer, international student status, first-generation college student status, low-income student status, school organizations and affiliations, volunteer interests, gender, ethnicity, age, location (at the continent level), the contents of your resume and application essay, and other information you provide as part of your application.
If you apply to be a mentor, we may receive personal information including but not limited to your first and last name, email address, company, position/title, and other information you choose to provide.
If you propose a project as a nonprofit, we may receive personal information including but not limited to your first and last name, address, email address, the name, size, annual budget, and nonprofit status of your organization, and other information that you provide about the proposed project.
Payment Information. When you make a donation, we use PayPal to collect and process your payment. To process the donation, we may ask you for your PayPal username and phone number to verify your account.
Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, if you contact us through our website, we may receive your first and last name, email address, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide. If you sign up to receive emails or information from us or respond to our annual surveys, then we may collect certain information from you, such as your first and last name, email address, your areas of interest, and other information you choose to provide.
